Each line is matched to the right product by barcode, SKU or name, and MELA learns your matches as it goes. Anything unsure comes to you as a simple yes or no.
Builds purchase orders
Purchase orders are built in Lightspeed to the cent, with landed cost on every item. Nothing is entered until you approve it.
Guards your margins
Flags items under your target margin and costs that jumped since the last order, and compares your prices with the brands' own sites.

Monthly sales reports by store, what's hot and what's slowing, sales goal pacing and the extra profit from every price change.

How it works
MELA connects to your store through Lightspeed's official API. No browser bots and no passwords shared.
- Connect Lightspeed. You approve MELA's access once, from your own Lightspeed account, and can revoke it any time.
- Send in invoices. Drop in a PDF or photo, or forward the supplier's email.
- Review and approve. MELA shows the plan: matches, costs and totals checked against the invoice.
- Done. The purchase order is in Lightspeed, logged, and ready for staff to check in when the boxes arrive.

MELA is set up for each store's products and suppliers, so pricing depends on your store count and invoice volume.
